That depends. Is Mustang in the room? If so, I give it 5 minutes tops.

If not, then it should be fine for awhile. Some people load their syringes for their whole cycle (I think ulter used to do this before he went on 50 week cycles).

I would avoid preloading but like tx longhorn said, some do it.
