How many mls can one filter actually filter before you have to change up. Could I do 80mls with one filter?

If you go slow, use warm oil, and start out with a fairly clean product, 80ml should be no prob.

How much oil is left in the filter? Lets say I have only 10ml that I want to filter. Is the filter going to keep 2ml of it???

It holds so little you can't even consider it. It's only a few drops of your 10ml.
The filter will let you know when you've used it too much. It stops letting the oil through.

sorry im not familiar with ur filters. The watsons that I use, takes about 2ml before oil comes out the other end.

Unless you have a garden hose instead of a pin on the end you should not lose 2ml in the filter. I am assuming you're using a 25mm filter. There simply isn't enough room in the filter to take in 2ml of oil into it.

What is the brand and type of filter you are using. Where did you pick the filter up from?

Nah, .2 is about right from my experiences. Just use a couple of cc of sterile oil to flush out the filter. So make your experiment to 77 or 78 ml, and flush with the other 2 or 3 cc's.
