Synthetic guggulsterones

I think this has been mentioned by Fonz several times. Why synthetic? I have a bottle of gugalipid standarized 2.5% for Gggusterones. Not sure if it is synthetic or not. I assume it was from the natural source. But what would the difference be?

Depends what you're taking it for. Fonz recommended synthetic for cholesterol issues, and the natural extract for acne.
