What doses should I take?

I would seriously throw it away and get something that works.

i would stay away from this stuff unless you want to look like a bloated fish and have to wear a B cup bra. people that have tried synovex were disappointed with the results and got nothing but bad side affects, do to the estrogen. so my advice would be to get something else. train,eat,sleep!!
