Can you stack T3 with ECA/Clen cycles?
Hey swordfish or any other vet on the matter !
I have started a spriropent clen cycle, ramping it up slowly to 80mcg now. It's my first one, so I didn't one to use T3, and other people discouraged me from using it.
I don't feel the shakes yet, I'll see what it's like when I hit 80mcg, but won't go over that, then ramp down and after 2 days off go 2 weeks on ECA. I've researched T3 a lot more since then, and it seems taking Cytomel, even in low dosage like 25mcg (I think it was Swordfish that said he had great results with such low dosage), helps a lot. Since the Thyroid produces 25mcg naturally per day, another 25mcg is considered acceptable according to my doctor...
I did read though that it is better to go on T3 for 45 days non stop, so if I keep taking Cytomel at 25mcg a day for 45 days, it'll stack with the ECA cycle too. My main concern is, is this ok, or will it interract to cause bad after effects?
My stats are 6'1'' , 220lbs, 23%BF. I want to drop BF down to 15-18%, and weight down to 180lbs approximately. I have a med carb diet and do 45min of Cardio every day.
