Sweet Potato (YAM)'s Nutrition info...

can somebody post the nutrition info of a sweet potato?

I looked into here

and it seems too much sugar in the carb for a potato...maybe I am looking at the wrong thing.....but isn't YAM supposed to be slow burning carb and low GI also? Why is the Sugar level so high?

Please advice.

Although sweet potatoes contain sugars, they are naturaly occuring, no additives, therefore it remains a low GI carb. Just like honey its a pure sugar but rates a 40-something on the glycemic chart i believe.
