sweatin' to the oldies

hey - i am 6'4" 285 and have been noticing that the more weight i try to put on the more sweaty i get with just regular tasks. i have a pretty low bodyfat but am trying to put on some quality weight. i am a waiter and sometimes when i get to running around it gets pretty nasty and when i work out after the first exercise , a towel is necessary. i was hoping someone might have some insight into something i can do to help limit the sweatiness perhaps some medicines or something? i have heard of certaindri for arm pits but unfortunately i am sweaty all over. yours truly, pit stains
 
I have the same problem and over the years I have noticed that my weight is the cause of it. I have found nothing that helps. My pits used to get real bad but I shaved them and use a decent deodorant and that solved that problem but the rest of me sweats like a pig and it is a total mess. I've done everything from extra cardio to trying different supplements and nothing works. It is all a weight issue for me.

On another note one thing I have done that helps a little is to have ice cold water with me. It cools me down a bit. Also, I stay away from coffee. I have no idea what is in coffee that makes me sweat but if I drink one cup I burst open at the seams. I have played with caffeine before and I know it is not the caffeine in the coffee that makes me sweat. Just plain weird.

none of that, just some cyp and enth. right now and only bout 150mg of each/wk
