Svenmans fall bummer cycle log

Hey guys i just ordered my cycle tonight and i figured i might as well log it on this site! First off ill start with my stats: Age 24, height 5'8, weight 185lbs, bodyfat 11-12%. have 4 cycles under my belt this will be my 5th.

My goals are to be sitting at 200lbs with minimal increase of bodyfat which i think is do-able. now there is a show in june i might do, if i decide to do that show, i will not do a pct i will cruise for 3 months then blast a cutting cycle. but we will get to that later. here is my cycle



1-4 anadrol 75-100mgs depending on sides

1-10 NPP 150mg EOD

1-12 test E 500mg

1-12 arimidex .5mg EOD

1-10 caber twice a week



My diet start at 3300 calories 300p/340c/80f split and will increase calories as needed. my diet is simple as fuck



6am

2 scoop whey protien

cup of almond milk

mixed berries

2 pieces of toast with peanut butter



10am

8oz chicken

1 cup of rice



12pm

8oz chicken

1 cup of rice



3pm

protein shake or same meal as earlier



6pm PWO

protein bar with 30g protein 30g carbs



8pm

12oz chicken

1 cup of rice or potatoes



10pm

2 rice crackers with peanut butter
