Sustanon/Eq cycle question.

I'm 165 lbs. 5'7, 22 yrs old & 15% bf. My goal is to bulk up, increase vascularity and hardness and most of all avoid bloating as much as possible.

I was planning to stack these two together...

Week 1 - 10: Sustanon 250 - 500mgs/week
Week 1 - 10: EQ - 250mgs/ week

and of course PCT weeks 11 - 15

or

Sustanon and Winny tabs for 10 weeks.

Should I increase the EQ to 500mgs/week or is 250mgs enough?
 
I would honestly bump the EQ up, I personally dont run it below 600mgs/wk, but anywhere above 400mgs should give you optimal gains.

I would personally rather up the EQ, and keep test minimal ... but still there, but I know that many others would rather bump the test up. Either way you will do good. Try something like one of these...

1.
Wk1-10
Sust: 250mgs/day
EQ: 600mgs/wk

or

2.
Wk1-10
Sust: 500mgs/day
EQ: 400mgs/wk
 
You may gain a little more by upping the test, but the bloat will increase slightly as well.

I disagree with that 100%. Yes winny will give you streagth through the roof and cut you more, but the sides that I had including hair loss, and MAJOR joint pain where bad enough to over take the gains made. You may react differant then I. My opinion.Good luck, that should be a sweet cycle.!!

well of course you would disagree. you get all the sides from it. me on the other hand, i get no hairloss, no joint pain. everyone is different. he may be the same as me. or he may not care about hairloss.
 
if you want to run a low dose of test at 250mg/week, use ethanate. Sus is a blend of esters and will not keep your blood levels consistant at that low dose

if your goal is to harden up and to avoid bloat, then I would run:

sust 250/week 1-10
eq 400-600/week 1-10
