Sustanon and gain

Curious what and when to expect the gains. I am in 3rd week 500mg wk and havent noticed too much strength gains. I have put on a few lbs but I know its early. I was wondering when to expect some very noticeable strength gains ? When should I start really noticing the size gains aka "looking jacked"

I am not jumpstarting it with anything, straight sust 500mg weekly. I am 5 10 about 205 and about 15 percent bf. mid 30s and have lifted off/on since high school. Naturally muscular wide shouldered. Hitting gym solid,3 days, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off repeat. Diet is about 4 thousand cal daily, lots of chicken, protein,tuna,rice, etc.... I am getting about 175 grams of protein daily. Thanks in advance... :)

Your protein intake is low. bump it to 250grams a day. This will help a lot for gains. Caloric intake is good. you could cut it a little, but I'd keep it there at 4000. Make sure your carbs are good and not sugars and shit.

You say you are in week 3? The fun is about to begin my good man.

I had a friend mention that too,I will bump it up if that is what it takes. I dont want to waste this sweat and pain. I kept it about 175 or so cause after I get over that, I get gas so bad I dont even want to be around myself. I can straight kill someone by dropping dead midgets out of my anus...... Fair warning, I shall bump it and deal.

from here out you will notice more pronounced gains.
I would definitely bump your protein intake up.

oh well man, I get bad gas too. Deal with. The juice needs the protein to build the muscle. If it's not there, it cant build.
 
eat more cheese, thats protein, and it constipates you, which may prevent you from passing as much gas. it does me anyway.
