Curious what and when to expect the gains. I am in 3rd week 500mg wk and havent noticed too much strength gains. I have put on a few lbs but I know its early. I was wondering when to expect some very noticeable strength gains ? When should I start really noticing the size gains aka "looking jacked"
I am not jumpstarting it with anything, straight sust 500mg weekly. I am 5 10 about 205 and about 15 percent bf. mid 30s and have lifted off/on since high school. Naturally muscular wide shouldered. Hitting gym solid,3 days, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off repeat. Diet is about 4 thousand cal daily, lots of chicken, protein,tuna,rice, etc.... I am getting about 175 grams of protein daily. Thanks in advance...
