Dont listen to this, most people that tell you ED or EOD have never even tried the schedule themselves. I have tried 2 a week and EOD and the only thing that I noticed was a fast strength increase, maybe around week 2 or so. Other than that, nothing, diet was the same training was the same. I have also tried front loading with 1000mgs then 11 weeks of 500mgs, still just a faster strength increase.
People say you need to do this to take advantage of the prop, well I say, it isnt enough prop to make that big of a different. And for that matter, if you want to take advantage of it, still do 2 times a week sust, and add 50mg to 80+mgs more prop to your cycle. Or just kick start it with Dbol.
