shoot 500mg once a week or 250mg twice a week? what do you guys do?

Twice per week, here, mate. Reason being is that the propianate in the sust mix is only active for 3-4 days, so you need to do it twice per week to get the most results out of it, IMO.

I have been told once a week any MOD's out there that can help. I like one shot this way you don't get as much scar tissue.

more oil in one spot, more likely to have scarring. if you're worried about a scar, use a smaller pin. inject it twice/weekly.
