They come with 18 gauge needles...They are good but I'd rather go with the amps...If you do buy the redi'a draw the fluid up with a 22 or 23g and then shoot it...

Some of the vets have organon amps that come in boxes of 3 and as far as I know there aren't any fakes of those particular one's going around yet...

No, but you can take the needle off and draw the juice out with a smaller gauge needle. It's basically a sealed syringe that comes with an 18g needle. unseal the syringe and draw that shit up with a smaller needle...
