If I'm gonna take Sust @ 500 mg/week....how often should I inject to get peak blood concentration levels?

I disagree. 30 mg of sustanon consist of testosterone propionate, which should be shot at least EOD and ED would even be better.

Therefore, if your shot is only done once or twice a week, you will not have constant blood concentration levels. This is why I do not like sustanon. If I want to shoot ED I go with suspension or prop.

I would add decca at 400mg EW as well. That way you can split into 3 jabs a week:

Mon 250mg Sus & 100mg Decca
Weds 200mg Decca
Fri 250mg Sus & 100mg Decca

You will find the jabs a lot easier and can spread over the week.
