sust injection schedule

i have heard conflicting opinions on this. if useing 500mg/wk is it better to inject once or twice a week.

my first cycle i did 250 mg of sust every sunday for 8 weeks i got jakked on it u will get a lot of opinions on this but i think sust should be done on eod cycle cuz of the prop ester if not ur levels will fluctuate knowing waht i know now there are much better choices out there like enanthat wich u can get away with doin 1x aweek sust causes fluctuation in test levels IMO

go 2 shots a week, every 3rd or 4th day.. alternate spots, trust me day after 1st shot you will know why...

up to you really...you could do it once or twice...depends what you want to gain from it.

how many spot do i need for rotating, would glutes and delts be enough.

for what it's worth, I have no pain shootin sus in my glute. I'm believin the keys to be quality pins and gear. I really don't see how this could be considered painful. It's butter.

For 10 weeks of sust , I do 250mg 2x a week Mon/Thurs alternating glutes. But I have a huge ass so I have more room to work with.

I personally would rather do either e3d or e4d injects. The mon/thurs thing seems odd to me because once you're going 3 days and then 4 days. Seems to me it's more even if you do it e?d instead. But I'm sure it doesn't make a huge difference, just the way I like to run my injection schedule.

for me first 2 or 3 shots feel like a charlie horse for a day or two, after that it eases up. its not painful, you just know its there
