sust and the f lu

I am on my first sust ycle on my 4th week. 500mg/week. well this week I caught the flu whih will set me at least 3-4 days w/out working out. my question do I still proceed with my sust shots as scheduled or halt it until i recover.

same thing happened to me. i would keep using it till you get better, the hardest thing is trying to force down food when your sick.

spot on man ! and yeah you have to eat a lot more than soup with sust but it's a bit$#@ when you can't

keep using! Do not halt cycle.

You could drop it by 250mgs for a week if you wanted.
