I don't think cutting and bulking work together, but Primo is a great drug and works well with sus for bulking. If you get legit shit I'm sure you'll be happy. Yes I have done that stack before although I threw in some d-bol to start the cycle.
You should be able to cut with anything, as long as training and diet is on target. Primo will help aid with protein and training recovery and test should be the base for any cycle. I prefer Test Prop for cutting, but sustanon is a good mix. To keep your gains lean and prevent test bloat you will want to add Liquidex or Proviron/Nolvadex.
i am thinking of doing it in a six week cycle.....100 mg of primo in the first 2 weeks, then up to 200 mg for 2 weeks, then back to 100 mg for 2 weeks........as to the test i will be doing 250mg weekly for the six weeks......my body respond fine to AS, so i always keep by doses to a minimum......i fuckin love it .......i got clomid, hcg and nolva on hand, when should i start those and with with amount.........I am 23, about 152 lbs, and 5'6
I like Primo in the ending stages of a cycle, some people will argue whether or not you need to taper Primo. Maybe if you only have 800mg of primo - - weeks 3-6 200mgs each wk with primo and weeks 1-6 with with test250. It is a short cycle for relatively low doses, but noone knows your body like you do.

you know man,the first cycle i did was 10 weeks long,,,,i did 250mg of sust weekly, and 200mg of deca every two weeks.......I gained about 35lbs of muscle
Sometimes less is more, especially if your diet is dialed in and your work ethic is solid. I agree with an earlier post that Primos are better on an extended period 8-10 weeks (or more). It still goes back to your goals, your body, your diet, and your work outs. Good Luck
