Sust 250 question.

I am starting my first cycle come February. At first I was just gonna run 10 weeks of Eq along with 6 weeks of Winny. I am now thinking of adding Sust 250 into the mix for some test which is what everyone seems to think I should add to my cycle. My main goals are to be ripped and vascular with some lean, hard muscle. So, with that in my mind...how much sust should I take a week? and how many weeks should I run it? Any advice is as always greatly appreciated. Thanks- diesel420.

I would run 500 Mg a week for 10 weeks.

I would dump the Sust idea and go for Test Cyp or En at 400 per week......200 twice a week and Test Prop ED at 50mg
