suspention & propionate

how much water does 300mg of propionate a week & 100mg of suspention a day hold? and how many weeks out should i stop them before my show im 11 weeks out.

There is no exact answer to that question. It is purely individual. Some people retain more than other and some people retian none at all.

I would pull them about 10-14 days out from the show to make sure there is no water...thats over a gram of test so there will be some water are you doing anything to control retention now??? have clen before the show maybe a lasixs

Compared to alternatives such as enhatate and sustanon, propiopate gives me little or no water retention....*My experience*
