Suspension has clumps!!! Vets

Getting to the end of a 100cc vial of suspension and there is a huge clump of crystal...I heated it and it dissolved but I know its going to crash again...I am going to brew some more what do I need more of to keep this from happening..its only 85mg and I mix 1cc at a time when I brew the shake...do I need to add bb polysorbate??

Your best bet would be to just open it up and dump it out dry it as best as possible and add it to your next batch your going to make....its going to be awfully hard to make the clump usable again.

And to answer what to do to keep it from happeing....you can use about 3cc of PS80 next time per 100cc of suspension. The basic problem with the BB recipe is that BB doesnt mix with water....so you really never have a true suspension. So your going to have those BB/TNE clumps at the end. Its possible to make a true water based suspension but it requires ultra sonic treatment of the end product.
