Sushi 2 weeks into Keto Diet??

im on a keto diet and its been on point for the past 2 weeks. Did my carb up yesterday but a bunch of friends are going for sushi later.

Should i go and feast or stay home and make some grilled chicken?
 
As long as you forgo the rice you should be good. Raw fish is gonna be just as good as chicken.

If you're gonna drift while you're there and wind up cheating then forget it.

Wanna piss that 2 weeks away?

Go for sushi, or look like a million bucks down the road.

if i go its gonna be wrapped in white rice. i wonder how much rice is actually in lets say 4 rolls.

prob too much even for some r-ala to keep under control.

You shoulda gone for the sushi, all that protein will sugarize and raise your insulin levels anyhow. Space out the protein or eat less of it protein with more fat as long as you adjust for the calorie difference between the higher fat percent and make it equal it will you keep you into ketosis better and faster fat loss.
