Hey bro, I am currently on his 300 and am on week 6 I used his d-bol for 4 weeks and b4 I started I weighed in at 190, today I am at 215 I am on week 6. Basically trust your instinct with the guy. Its up to you what you put in your body. As far as diet is going. I am eating as much protein as I can, I'll be honest some days I can eat 250-300 and some days I will barely get in 100 but I have uped my calories to about 3500 a day from 2500 I am 6'2 but I will admit some is fat. I ain't dropped any pant sizes and I ain't gained any, as far as shirts go, I went from L to xl tight. so there are my results so basically bro trust your instincts.Peace
