I disagree. The sust is time released and it is not like the dose decreases in a matter of days. There is no reason to do 2 sust injections in one week.
Sust has two fast releasing esters. Both of these will be gone in a matter of days. This will cause the blood levels to be like a rollercoster. There are only two slow release esters in sust.
BTW- all test (except suspension) is time released. But not all are released slowly.

I look at Sust, for what it is... a LOOOONG acting ester.
Testosterone propionate 30 mg
Testosterone phenylpropionate 60mg
Testosterone isocaporate 60 mg
Testosterone decanoate 100 mg
It is really a synergetic steroid... giving better results than probably all the others (cyp, prop, and enth)... Because of the prop... it will get into the system fast, within a day... and because of the deconate, it will remain active for 3-4 weeks.
With THIS combination of esters... it is LONG acting... you cannot base your shot on JUST the propionate... sorry. You can take 500mg in one shot a week... you could even strech it to 10 days, if you wanted. I'd stick to one injection, per 7 days. You COULD take these shots mixed up 3-4 days apart... I don't think it will make much of a difference, however... espeically if you mix it with an oral...

Space them apart. My upcoming cycle will be shooting every 4 days.
Hey...since we're doing pretty much the same cycle (I'm actually doing 437.5mg/week for 8 weeks), do you want to post your starting stats and some lifts during different times in your cycle? I would be interested in comparing our results throughout our cycle. I'm going to be starting mine at the beginning of next month. Let me know.

I'm not an expert here.. but does a body have special receptors where test.prop can bind itself.
Don't think so...
Sustanon has 4 kinds of test that all wil bind itself to the testosterone rceptors in the blood. The prop. has that kind of esther that it will work for the first 3 days. after that the other test will be released and will work for a week.. so on and so on.
So spreading the amount is useless. It only will raise bloodlevel to the same amount, wich it would have when you injected at once.
It only gives you more holes on your ass!

I am surprised the "Sust Sucks" crowd did seize this thread as a chance chime in on how much better single ester test's are etc...
I was thinking...for the guys that recommend shooting once a week, are you drawing from an amp? I use redijects and was wondering why anyone would choose 1 shot - breaking the amp open or drawing from it...putting it in a syringe, then shooting it. I'm not talking about whether or not it's more effective - just about how much more of a pain in the ass it is.
I keep thinking everyone uses redijects though since it's the only ones I've ever seen.....so tell me, are amps/redijects about the same in terms of availability, or do most people use one or the other?
