sus only cycle

I'm planning on starting a sus only cycle 500mgs for 8-10 weeks but i've got three questions thanx for any help in advance

1) what sort of gains should i be expecting to see presuming i up my calories and get enough protein?

2) whats the best way of avoiding gaing fat i'm presuming if the caloires i add to my diet are qulaity carbs (oats ect) and non-saturated fats and an extra couple of protein shakes a day?

3) best way of preventing an abscess i'm presuming the sust is paki sust as its so cheap using sterilised needles and using alcohol on the injection site should avoid an abscess right?
 
first, in order to figure out the possible gains on this cycle youll need to explain how many cycles youve done.
second, gaining fat on a sus cycle all depends on your diet, the sus will not put fat on you, just water which can be avoided by arimidex or liquidex, which I do recommend.
third, just use alcohol and inject, thats all there is to it. On that note, Im assuming this is your first cycle.
 
your first cycle usually produces great gains with sus if your diet is good. My first cycle, wow that was a long time ago, i gained a nice 20-22lbs and kept around 15 of it. I only used 250mg/wk of sus to produce those gains. if i could do it all over again i would definately use 500mg/wk. good luck bro, and you need to do some research on clomid to add after your cycle. Believe me, it would be a big, very big mistake not to.
 
yeah i'm planning on using clomid although i know a few guys who never use it when they come off and look Ok i'd rather err on the side of caution and make sure i use it
 
i know guys that never used clomid and keep most of their gains, but, I also know guys that gain 20lbs on a cycle and loose about 15lbs post cycle. clomid is definately the way to go no matter what kind of genetics a person has.

I just started my sus cycle this week with 1 and 1/2 cc or 375 mg.

Wk 1 375
Wk 2 500
Wk 3 500
Wk 4 500
Wk 5 250
Wk 6 375

Only have 10 cc of sustanon. Eating pretty clean: lots of steak, tuna, chicken, rice, nutri grain bars. Trying to cut all fat if possible (pizza, chips, soda, dessert) consuming about 4500-5000 cal each day.

Did put on 16 lbs back in 98 on first cycle of sustanon and 250 wk for 6 wks. Went from 170 to 186 lbs at 6'0 tall and lost 5 lbs water. This time trying to gain about 20 lbs to hit the 200lb mark.
 
im not too sure whats going on in week5 of your cycle bro, hopefully a typo, anyways, you need to start saving up and getting enough sus to go 500mg/wk for 8-10 wks. 6 wks is a waste in my book. youi dont even start seeing results until wk4 or sometimes even wk5, and then what, your cycle is done the week after. Not too sure of the logic behind this, but its a waste.I dont think that anyone will disagree with here, but you should really wait until you get the right amount of gear. Im not flaming, but it looks to me that you need to do a lot more researching, and get more knowledge on AS.
