First I wanna thank everyone who gave me advice on my cycle. Tomorrow I'm gonna start Sus 500mg/week for 8 weeks. It has been over a year since I have been on the gear and I'm eager to start again. Right now I'm 6'3 180lbs about 6% BF and I really wanna gain about 20-25lbs but I dont' want my BF % to suffer. I have already been dieting well but should I do a lot of cardio to help keep the BF% the same or how should I go about it???
