I have been on a Sus 500MG/week cycle for 6 weeks, I have 2 weeks left. I started a CKD diet this past Monday, it looks like this:
Mon to 1/2 Friday - carbs 20g Protein 200g Fat 300g
Friday late PM - 2hrs prior to my worout till bed
high glycemic sugar intake - 400g
Sat - carb load with quality complex carbs
Sun - Head of broccoli with high protein / fat
Can I still put on muscle with this diet and Sus. I work out like a champ, Just want to burn some fat so and Ketogenic diets work well for me, especially with my love handles.
Please respond, I don't want to waste the last two weeks of the cycle.
