Surgical Blood Test Question

Outtlaw

New member
When you get blood tested before surgery, does anyone know what they test for? I just cut my cycle, but I want to be sure I dont run into any problems cause I was running some long acting stuff.

They definitely will do a CBC. I'm sure your hemoglobin and RBC's will be out of the normal range... They will likely investigate as to why your Hb is so elevated.... See where i'm going with this.

They will try to find anything that will interact with anything they will be giving you during surgery, espicakky anestheia.
This is what I thought. So should I be safe to say that the blood test shouldnt be a big deal? At least that I what I was on shouldnt be a factor in things?

CBC means complete blood count, basically a breakdown of the raw numbers of different kinds of cells in the blood. You may have slightly elevated red blood cell (RBC) count but I doubt that would be enough to make them suspect you of doing steroids.

You need to tell your doctor that you're "on." If you're "on" right now. You never know what the fudge can happen during surgery. Also, AAS can effect everything from blood pressure to liver function so tell the damn doc. He can't turn you in, it's the law. The important thing is your safety.

Im not on anything right now, but Im still running pct. I was concerned because I took my last shot of deca like 4 weeks ago. I think I should be good to go at this point.
