Do any of you ladies surf? My best friend from Toronto is going down to N Carolina (i think) for some surfing thing. She really likes it!

Surfing sounds like fun. Boogy board a few time, but never been taught how to surf. Requires core strength and balance.

Hey! A post for me. As I grew up in Hawaii, it's the only sport I did well. My kids surf off Santa Barbara but the water here is too damn cold.

It's a great sport and you can do it your whole life. Surf Divas is a great school for women if you're ever in So. Cal.

santa barbara can get very cold, i used to do some ocean competitions there.

I will be taking my lady down to the much warmer beaches around LA

Maybe by next summer i can take her a little further south to san onofre
