supps to take when cycling? milk thistle&

KBgrl

New member
what else. Ive been taking 600mg a day and only that.. well in terms of liver support anyway.

I knwo there are many more supps I probably should be taking while on. what other supps should one take ? I would like to get away with the bare minimum if possible seeing as I already pop about a 20 + pills a day:rolleyes:

whats up my little bitch?

well the old standy by "cycle supplements* are

milk thistle
evening primorose oil
maybe some alpha lipoic acid.
or any liver aid formuals like liverite.
the amino acid methionone (not sure on spelling) and coline seem to always be included in this mix..

what i usually do is go look at a liver health complex supplement, read the contents and i usually buy each one of the listed herbs/aminos/vitamibs separately and take a bunch.

I read somewhere that Milk Thistle isn't that effective - will see if I can dig up who said it, think maybe it was Ulter or Fonz. I take the Tyler's Liver Detox Factors and 600-800mg ALA.

Did you take the Tyler's? The people who have had blood work done with the combo I am on have all had them come back normal...

I don't think there's any product that compares to Tyler and if there was we would sell it. If something is good for our customers we get it, that's why we now carry the ALA.

damn i forgot all about NAC thats one of the best things to take, i used to take twin labs NAC Fuel or something like that.

thats a really good product that tylers stuff i need to get it...show me where.

The one question I have with the Tyler's is since it has MOST of the vitamins in it do I still need a multi-V with it. I stopped my other vitamins as I don't want to end up with toxic levels of some of them.

the only problem i see is with Beta Carotene, all others are in doses that wouldnt harm you if you still took your multi vitamin.

NY you probably never heard of Tyler Liver detox because you can only buy it from a doctor. Unless you get it from anabolicfitness.net
The AF Store has to have a doctor order it from the company and then ship it to the store so it can be made available to the members who need it. Kinda backdoor but it gets the job done.
Tyler has reduced the liver values of the people who are using 17aa's for about a year now. I found out about Tyler when I was using accutane and winny and my liver values were very high and my doctor recommended it. I use it with ALA and have not had any problems with high liver values ever since. That's the case with everyone I know who it using it. The most effective (Glucarate) and some not so effective (Silymarin) liver protectors are used in Tyler to create a synergenic combination of vitamins and other chemicals to aid in your liver detoxification. There is nothing else like it.
