Supplements?????

OK I have always used protein on and off. I tried creatine and it did nothing for me. I also used glutamine for a little bit.

Im still pretty strong but skinny and i've always wanted to get bigger. Right now I use protein and take energy pills. Someone told me I should try testosterone. Should I? what do you guys use? Whats best? etc, etc
 
First of all protein isn't a supplement. You need to eat it EVERY day, not use it on and off. Get 1g of protein/bodyweight a day. Creatine works, but its not a miracle supplement, it will allow you to get another rep or so and give you a bit more endurance during your sets.

What energy pills are you taking?? FORGET about even thinking about taking testosterone/steroids, that is for far more advanced lifters or older men.

Your best bet is to find a good workout routine and eat a TON of good food. You might even benefit from taking some weight gainer after your workout. Read all you can on this board and the net. There is no super secret to increasing muscle mass, its all about lifting properly and eating properly.
