supplements

Your daily supplements will usually depend on your goals.

But for most people, the most used supplements are a whey protein and a multi-vitamin.

If a person is taking certain AAS, they might take a liver protector. If they are taking Clen, they might be taking Taurine and potassium.

If they are cutting, they may take a fat-burner or appetite suppressant. They might also take Glucorell-R.

For bulking and/or cutting, a person might take Glutamine too. Preferably the peptides.

Other people might take Ginger Root to help digestion of protein.

It all depends on what you want to accomplish.

I use quiet a few of them on a daily basis. For the pills, I have to take time each week or so to fill a bunch of little baggies with what I use.

The list?
Whey Concentrate (allthewhey.com)
Whey Isolate (allthewhey.com)
ON Creatine (cycled off currently)
ESN Glutamine (probably useless, switching to G-plenish when gone)
Dextrose
Ultima Replenisher (see my signature for link)
Cold Press Flax Seed Oil
Themo Hydroxydrine RFA-1 (the old stuff with Ephedra, almost gone http://store.yahoo.com/generalnutritiondirect/hydroxadrine.html)
Pure Ephendrine HCL
CVS Generic Multivitamins
Vit B
Vit E
MSM
Condriton/Glucosamine Stack
Fish Oil Caps
Motrin/Ibprofen
NaCl (salt) Replacement Tablets
Benadryl

What am I missing?

Multi
Glucorell
Fish oil caps
L-arginine
glutamine
protein powders
vitargo
Amino Acids

Definitely whey protein and creatine! For the supplements, I consider them to be first rate. Mainly, eat a lot of whole foods and supplement your diet with protein - since it's sometimes hard to get as much as you need from whole foods alone, especially on a busy schedule. Creatine I find works great for strength gains.
