Ok guys, we've been discussing illegal drugs for a few months now, Im interested in hearing all the legal performace enhancers you guys take on a day to day basis. What has worked for you? what hasent? I know this question has been asked before but that was a long time ago, whats changed whats new? Milk Thistle/Liver clense
PM- Multi-Min
Spirulina

Hard Training days- 5g Glutamine before bed and Amino Acids with meal after training
Weekly/Bi-Weekly- 1-2cc injectable B-Complex
Looking to possibly add some injectable iron but Ive got to get to Mex. to pick some up, What are you boys taking? any suggestions to my weak supplement routine? Thanks in advance
