Ok guys, we've been discussing illegal drugs for a few months now, Im interested in hearing all the legal performace enhancers you guys take on a day to day basis. What has worked for you? what hasent? I know this question has been asked before but that was a long time ago, whats changed whats new? I dont take much, but I'll post my "schedule" advice and suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Milk Thistle/Liver clense

PM- Multi-Min

Hard Training days- 5g Glutamine before bed and Amino Acids with meal after training

Weekly/Bi-Weekly- 1-2cc injectable B-Complex

Looking to possibly add some injectable iron but Ive got to get to Mex. to pick some up, What are you boys taking? any suggestions to my weak supplement routine? Thanks in advance

It seems like a lot, bu many of the items are combined. The glutamine is definitely helpful for immune sys support, recovery, and muscle sparing while dieting.
