What rumour about supplements do you remember?

At the beginning of creatine a lot of people were believing the manufacturers added dianabol with creatine monohydrate

Yeah, you mixed it and it still had little seed like things floating around in it. Had some kind of chemical banana/orange taste to it. Like old Tang that someone farted on.

but that shit worked like nothing else. that was probably the very first "pro-hormone" as we know it.

That creatine only has a half life of a couple of hours. I still think that there is some truth to that.... might be wrong, but I still think it.
