Wanted to get some more ALA in canada. Where do you guys buy your supplements here. Having something shipped over the boarder from the US can be a pain in the ass.

There's a main distributer that sells supplements to the canadian stores named upper49th. They have a website upper49th.com. Dated alot of girls who worked there and got alot of stuff at cost. Hope that helps.

sndcanada as mentioned before has the best selection and prices for an online canadian supp. business. Problem is, for ALA they only have tiny packs of tiny dosages. I went to my regular local healthfood store and found huge tubs of 250mg pills (I needed them while on cycle) for a great price. Perhaps this is a route you should check out.

R-ala is avalible at Fitmass and is much better then just ALA
