I know we have had this discussion before but i need some different opinions. When your on gear what kind of supplements do you use. I am about to lean out and try to put on some good muscle. I am about to start a Omna/Winny cycle on the 15th..I am about 5'10" 210lbs and trying to get my weight to hold steady and the end of the cycle but i want to harden up big time. I plan on cutting my BF down to about 7-10% from about 15% now. I have been lazy and bulking.

So do you guys still use your natural supplements like Hydroxcut, and supplements of that source?

What do you guys use?


Also who is an expereinced Clen user? What effects have clen had on you? What kind of results did you recieve?

Keep your fat intake down and keep on juicing. That way you wont need to use anything else. Stay away from junk food.
 
I always supplement with glutamine and creatine and a multi. I use 20g glutamine split into 4 doses and 10g creatine pre-and post workout. I use these while on juice and off. I have used clen several times and I love it. It works great for me. I have also used it in my pct to prevent some catabolism and it worked well for that also. Just make sure u start low. 20mcg a day then slowly increase. I didnt have any bad sides. I have asthma which clen was originally used for so I am used to the increased heart beat and body temp. But nothing was bad when I used the clen. I like it. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. good luck bro.

I use just about the same supps when on.. as when off.. maybe use them a little more when on.. to maximize things.. and during PCT.. i am SERIOUS about supplementing.. it can make a huge difference.. i take a whole host of things..
Micronized creatine (5gram preworkout.. 5gram postworkout)..
glutamine (10g postworkout.. 10g bed)..
multivitamin (2x am/pm).. AST Multipro 32x
efa oil.. Health From The Sun The Total EFA Oil
t-rex (sometimes)..
ephedrine hcl (sometimes all day.. sometimes preworkout).. Vasopro
NAC (postworkout).. AST NAC 500
vitamin c (500mg am.. 1g postworkout.. 500mg bed).. Walmart brand
vitamin e (400iu am.. 400iu postworkout.. sometimes 400iu bed).. Walmart brand

I find that using all these makes an unbelievable difference in recovery.. and overall well being.. seems like a lot to take.. but honestly i've never been healthier.. especially when i started using alot of antioxidants like vitamin c.. e.. and NAC.. anyway

As with clen.. amazing stuff.. just like super ephedrine for me.. i do well with stimulants.. never had any real negative side effects.. got cramps from time to time.. but postassium always seemed to clear that up.. like a banana.. some V8 juice.. or a slimfast.. all have a LOT of potassium.. other than that.. with a clean diet.. and morning cardio.. with evening lifting.. and clen at around 120mcg/day.. i lost about 7 lbs in a week and a half.. and haven't lost any strength.. looking a lot more cut.. looking to do it again as well.. i used the clen from Ancillary Guys.. haven't had the chance to try the real deal yet to compare it but everyone says that the AG is dead on.. hope so..
