I have a goal of increasing my vertical by approximately 4-6inches by the end of May. I also however want to lose 20lbs doing so.
I am currently 6'0 205lbs but play a lot of basketball and already lift. I've got the workout plan and every setup, food has been cleaned up, but now I am just curious on supplements.
To help the chances of increases vertical/strength, would taking something help and would it hinder my weight losing ability? If I can say lose 5lbs but change a lot to muscle I am okay with that. I just absolutely want that vertical.
