What are BCAA's?

What is L-Carnitine?

Are both of these something I can get at the AF Store??

BCAA branch chain amino acids

L-Carnitine- an amino acid, helps with carb regulation and some other things.

Probably could get them at af store but any supplement store should have them if you need them soon.

Oh ok...thanks!! Are there any particular brands of them?? Or pretty much a variety of brands available??

Out of stock.....my local Supp. store has it (I checked). Will pick it all up tomorrow!

I use AL-CAR and my BCAAs are GNC Pro Performance BCAAs 1800 -- they run about $33 for a big bottle. I've also used liquid l-carnitine in the past.
