HEy guys I am pretty new here...and trying to be a productive member of EF I thought i should tell fellow members about my experince with the Supplemnet Kingdom. Its not really important what i ordered but I wanted to share my experience. I placed my order and didnt receive any type of email confirming my order for 2 days....so i gave them a call. A very nice woman ( i think Michelle??)answered the phone. I told her my concern and she looked my account up...now this is the first time i have ordered from them. She stated that what i had ordered was on back order and that they had a different flavor if i wanted to try it. I decided that I would try the other flavor. The supplement kindom lady then took it upon herself to offer to overnight my order to me and she told me she would throw in a few free items as well....i bet she said sorry at least 10 times. Well the next day my package was at my front door when i got home from work. She loaded me down with like 10 sample packs of NOS stuff 2 free shakers...all kinds of stuff. More important than the free stuff though was the way she made me feel like a valued customer. I know my measly order of 45 dollars was not much but she treated me like i was family. I will use them again and again and if your looking for a supplement provider i recommend them highly.
