Supplement Help

I am starting a cycle of anavar within the next week or so. I need some advise from you ladies as far as supplements go. What other than vitamins and shakes will i need. And does anyone have any advise for something to help keep my joints strong, I have problems with mmy knees sometimes.

I don't know that particular supps are needed along w/ an anavar cycle. Definitely a good multi. Throw in some good anti-oxidants like ALA. Glutamine. Var isn't a C-17 AAS (someone tell me if that's the correct term, its been soooo long.... ) i.e. it isn't like winny & affects your liver, so you don't need cranberry extract or a liver detox. Definitely make sure your good fat sources are in there - flax seed oil, etc. And the usual, clean diet, water & sufficient rest / recovery time. You can train harder & recover faster w/ var, but still make sure it is sufficient.

For joints have you tried MSM? This has been a life saver for me. You need to load it a little, but I like it. Also glucosamine.

Chondroitin sulfate

has already help a lot of people
 
high protein intake ....as var has a high affinity for nitrogen retention....this is a good thing. Sassy you are correct...it is not a C-17.
