J jeff k New member Mar 4, 2005 #2 I used to use it all the time. It's basically cheap whey, but it works. It mixes and tastes like cheap, tasteless whey. I've been using Costco protein lately, can't be it - $19.99 for 6 pounds of good quality, good tasting whey. I've bought a lot of stuff in years past from SD though and they're good people.
