SuperPump250 vs NOexplode vs Lipoflame

I was out of my lipoflame so I was looking for a preworkout OTC stim.

Amp02 is too strong for me but when I used it I worked out for long periods of time so I switched to lipoflame which I love.

back to the topic I went to GNC and bought some superpump250 because a buddy of mine from work tried it and said he loved it.

I went top buy it and used it for the first time that day. I did 2 scoops and felt a little "rush" and hit the weights. afte about 30 mintues into my workout I lost it. I was not into it. I crashed about 2-3 hours after. it sucked.


I have used NOxplode in the past with similar results as superpump but it was toooo sweet for my stomach. Made me nauseated.


Lipoflame is one of the best products on the market for fat loss and preworkout and mood enhancement on the market IMO.

what i dont like about superpump is that its creatine Mono and i am basically a non responder to Mono..it never did anything for me. I liked the second formula of no explode the 3rd version sucked for me.

I dont like to compare Lipoflame to creatine product..AMP is by far the ruler of all...Lipo is amazing as well

i use to use superpump250. i like it for a few months and then out of no where everytime i took it, i would have to take a MASSIVE dump 20-30 minutes later. I am now on the lipostack and i get stupid big pumps on it. The only problem i've had with it is i started a little high on the doseage and OMEGA helped me lower it to the right amount. I've ramped it up very little and it still gives me all the goods.

When I say too strong it kept me up too late at night. LOL. I did have a dayum good workout with it though. I could have done a full body workout and still had energy to plow a field.

They are not going bankrupt bro trust me.Thats a huge company,they really fucked up by selling straight creatine as that CEM3 but to be honest with you I thought their products always worked pretty descent and for the average joe gym goer they are still a great choice.
