^^^ yep you need to drink a lot to flush it out and make sure you are spreading out carbs

another trick when you use it is if the sides start getting dirty stop taking it for 2 days and let it trickle out of your system to give the body a chance to catch up

personally 30mg a day is too much. 20mg a day is the sweet spot and you could add another 10mg on heavy workout days

you better be using n2guard while on this shit is all i can tell you

Superdrol is a very powerful pro-hormone but it is extremely liver toxic and also one of the worst steroids for your hair line. I personally would use a less harsh oral steroid like anavar.

If you do decide to give superdrol a try - remember that it is now illegal because of the 2014 pro-hormone ban. You will need to obtain it from a UG lab. You CAN NOT legally purchase it anymore. I also would use a good liver aid supplement like N2guard and a good anti-hair loss shampoo like N2shampoo when using it.

The amazing thing is that this compound was legal as a supplement just a few years ago. I wonder how many 16 year olds completely fucked up their HPTA taking this stuff. I agree....very effective oral steroid though. Some people get lethargic so make sure to drink tons of water and take your N2Guard.

Personally for me Superdrol's side effects negate its benefits, so I would rather opt for other things, and there are a lot of good alternatives. For instance, if you want some good mass with minimal side effects, turinabol is a good choice. The gains are very prominent, and the side effects are minimal with it.
