Supercharged Avant Labs cycle help

I'm going to try a supercharged 4AD Gel, Nor4AD Gel by Avant Labs and also BAC's 1-4ADD by combining it with Avant's PH Gel. Does anyone have any advice, information, suggestions before I start ordering?

I did this a while back with Ergo's 1-AD and got pretty decent gains but was unprepared for the crash. I just want to see what I can get out of these three as opposed to actual AS.

Just make certain to make applications in a thin/fine layer.

As for the post-cycle, use either Clomid/Nolvadex, or Ergopharm's 6OXO Anti-Aromatase. Keep your training volume lower (around thirty-minutes per workout and not much more), caloric intake above maintenance, and dose and Ephedrine/Caffeine stack small and frequently (5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of E every two to three hours).

Thanks for the response, Dante B. I almost exclusively go with Arimidex for E-control and HCG for post recovery. I'll take your advice on the training volume and caloric intake. I'm kinda doing that now so that won't be a problem. I try to keep all of my workouts to 30 minutes or 40 tops, my 60-90 minute workout days are over, I'm just too busy outside the gym. I don't use any stim's, I'm really against their use and always advocate as such. I'm excited to see AL's new FL-7 product, forgive me if I just screwed up the name, I'm tired. But I read the info on it and it sounds awesome, mostly because it's a non-stimulant product.

One other q for you, you sound like you have experience with the products...

The problem I have is that I have no idea what to do with dosage. I was planning on finding out how much additional 4AD I could add to a 4AD Derm Gel and just go with that figuring anything more would be a waste. Same with the others.

So my question is for one bottle of AL's 4AD PHGel, how much more 4AD (say from BAC) could I add and still maintain its effectiveness and not be concerned about waste. Is it the same with Nor4AD PHGel? Finally, I'll be getting a plain PHGel for use with BAC's 1-4ADD, how much 1-4ADD can I add to the gel with the same thing in mind?
