Super Crash

This is a question that is goin to pertain to those more experienced vets out there. How bad is the crash and post cycle recovery after a 6 month to several year cycle (as far as test levels, muscle, and weight loss, and strength loss) compared to the crash after a 8 or 10 week cycle of say sust/decca/dbol?

Come off properly with an anti-e like arimidex, cycle your clomid and maybe HCG, and you shouldn't really crash. Keep your calories up and keep training hard and you should keep most of what you gained.

Kopper- Try and track down Realgains for this one. As far as I'm concerned, he's the Brother who could give ya the best answer. I'm sure you'll be more than satified with his experience and knowledge on Endocrinology.

Regarding your inquiry... I've done a 5 month cycle, from Jan-May of 2001, that I recovered from AMAZINGLY:) I did a post cycle regimen that consisted of 2 full months of Anti-E's and 15 000IU's of HCG over 3 weeks, in the middle of those 2 months.

How long have you been running your cycle for? What's your ball-shrinkage situation like?

It doesn't take a degree in endocrinology to come off a cycle w/o crashing. I've done this for a few years and I've figured out what works best for me. I run arimidex all the way through my clomid therapy. When I start my clomid depends on what I finished up with. If it was sust, then I start clomid 3 weeks after coming off with the arimidex ran at 1/2 tab eod along side of it. I agree that HCG thrown in about midway through an extended cycle is good. I can get by with 10,000 iu over 3 weeks, but that's me though. I also keep my calories, especially from protein, high post cycle. It isn't that complicated.

BigKraut- I wasn't trying to discount your advice. Infact, your post wasn't even up when I began typing mine. Sorry for the way it looked, I certainly think your knowledge is a good as anybodys.

The Ironkop was asking how much of a shut down a cycle of 6 months to SEVERAL YEARS would cause. I have no experience with a cycle of that duration and thought Realgains could really help here. Thats all.

Sorry about that. I see your point. It would probably take a considerable amount of knowledge to assess the effects of a years long cycle on the endocrine system. That would be well above my level of expertise.

As far as my situatoin I have yet to start my cycle I was just curious as to the difference in post cycle crashes are depending on the time you were on. It amkes sense to me that if you are shut down for a more prolonged period of time that it would take much longer and possibly harder for the body to recover.
