Super Clean Bulk HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hey all this is my first post on this site. I was wondering if this diet that im doing is good for clean bulk, i want to gain lean muscle ONLY with NO fat added.

Im 5'8 202lbs 13% BF Steroid FREE

9:30 Breakfast 1 cup oatmeal with 2 scoops protein and a banana

11:30 Snack Tuna with 5 egg whites and 1 cup brown rice

2:00 Lunch 10oz Chicken breast with 2 big red potatoes

5:30 10oz Chicken breast 1.5 cup brown rice

8:20 8oz Steak with half cup of red kidney beans

10:30 2 whole eggs with 8 white

12:00 half cup fat free carb free Cottage cheese with 1 scoop protein in water

I also drink 2 gallons of water a day

Your food choices look pretty solid to me. Any idea how many calories it is? What's your training like?
 
I dont know how much calories im getting, but i guess its around 3700..
My training is all good Im doing every muscle group once a week except chest and tricep which is twice a week with no cardio, the reason im not doing cardio is because i dont want to lose strength, My goal is basically to add muscle with no fat i really dont care about losing fat i just want to get up to 215lb with 0 fat added..
