Super B Vitamins

Im taking probably the worlds most powerful B vitamin supplement from here:

(Its the B100 timed release)

I have definitely noticed a difference in enegy, and it even put my bench up 3 reps today!!!!!! BUT, my piss is a very strong yellow colour... and my piss is never but almost clear (i drink a tonne of water a day). Should I be worried?

sometimes this happened to me, because for my body the dose was too high... it was with a multivitamin. Therefore I just divided the tablet in half.
