Sunflower Seeds?

Macro profile of 1 oz sunflower seed kernels, toasted, without salt:

Energy kcal 175
Protein g 4.88
Total lipid (fat) g 16.10
Carbohydrate, by difference g 5.84
Fiber, total dietary g 3.3

Depending on your diet and how much you plan to eat... you decide.

They contain lipids from a plant source, so if you're on some sort of keto-related cutting diet, they'd be just fine

I don't eat sunflower seeds, but I eat a LOT of pumpkin seeds!!!
pumpkin seeds are great too
i use a mix that i make and it goes on all my salads

equal parts sunflower
pumpkin
broken flax seeds
broken cashews
broken peanuts
broken hazelnuts and
broken walnuts

guess i am nutty about nuts and seeds

With proper portion, they are very good for you in health terms, that's all i know, not sure on "cutting" terms though.

of course they would be quetionable as part of a cutting diet
but anything could be

i believe if they are incorporated into the daily diet they can be very beneficial
and the benefits outweight the caloric load of sunflower seeds
but i am of the belief that one needs beneficial fats which sunflowers are one of that genra

back to cutting

depends on you definition
if you go traditional and go lo fat and carb well nix sunflowers but if you believe you can lose fat by keeping fat then sunflowers can be your lil pals
