what goin on people??
i am looking for a summer stack to start within the next 2 weeks but am not sure what to look into as I have been off this site for some time now. I was hoping someone could put together a solid stack for me that i could run a log on. I would prefer products that you have tried and could vouch for..any vendors looking for a log on a new product I will could run that as well.
Goals: Right now i am 22 yrs old 5'10 204 lbs I am looking to gain about 6-10 lbs after all said and done (cycle & PCT). I want to avoid anything that bloats and would prefer something that that is very lean. Looking for some additional vascularity and dry gains. My diet is on point right now I am trying to get the summer hard body so I am sitting at around 2,800 cals but will eat roughly 3-400 less on non gym days.
History: I have been lifting for hockey and football since i was 14. More seriously the last few years. I tore a few ligaments in my shoulder last summer and are about 8 months back into the swing of things. My strength has come back and the shoulder is holding its own. I train 4-5 days a week 30-45 min of cardio and abs rotating every other day 7 days a week. I have run cycles in the past including: monsterdrol (2x), beastdrol, havoc, katandarol, cyclotren, dermacrine.
Im hoping someone can concoct something that will b nuuuts
