okay, my knowledge on diets is fairly simple. i don't know a whole lot, and would like some advice from you guys because last summer i lost 20 frickin pounds wasting away in the sun. you see, my summer job requires that i work from 6:30 am til about 4:00 pm doing concrete work in the 90-100 degree humid kansas weather, while wearing jeans, boots, a shirt and a hardhat. as you can tell, i need a real high-calorie diet. right now i am about 170-175 lbs and i want to keep all of it during the summer. i want to keep my strength as well. i am planning on doing an anavar cycle in the fall, and i want to be in as good as condition as possible for it. what advice do you recommend as far as diet goes? also, how many times should i work out during the week to keep my strength? i am usually dead-tired after work; is it possible to just workout during the weekends for me to keep my muscle? any help would be great!
