Hey guys, looking for that summer edge. Looking for some basic body composition changes, yes add muscle and reduce fat. no you can't do both at once (i'm sure i will hear)! I'd be happy with just dropping some fat and being rock ass hard. The test is to keep the libido and sexual function happy. I dont want to go much higher cause i dont want ANY moonface or bloat that I ususally get from test. The tren is for the main goals of the cycle, i'm really not looking to put on any weight at all. The winny is to act as a progesterone blocker from the tren and thats it. I really dont like winny to much but from what i've read its good for this purpose. The IGF will come in after the tren to add to the second half of my cycle. Starting at around 250lbs, 13-14%. Would love to be 240@under 10%. cardio and diet will be strict. I know tren sucks for cardio, which isn't a strong point at the best of times. If i was more disciplined i'd have started eating nothing but brocorlli, whole wheat rice and chicken breasts only from january on, but i'm not, i'll be honest. It goes something like this
week 1-12 Test E 250-300/wk
week 1-6 Tren A 75mg/day
week 2-6 winny @ 50mg/ed
week 6-10 igf@ 100mcg/ed
gh 4iu ed - possibly
aromison 25mg ed or arimidex at 0.5mg/ed
proviron 50mg/ed
hcg 500iu fr/sat
clen 2on2off
t3 100mcg/ed (ramped up and down of course)
V B6 @ 300mg/day
